Before benefiting from the products and services offered through www.abiyenial.com ("Website"), Member Users must accept this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement. The Terms of Use contained in the Agreement are also valid for other Users and Visitors who are not Members. As long as you visit, use and benefit from the Website, the provisions of this Agreement will apply to the extent appropriate to your status.
1. Usage and Safety Rules
1.1 Creating a member registration is free of charge. Members, unlike non-member Users, benefit from the products and services offered through the Website advantageously at certain periods.
1.2 Members, other Users and Visitors are obliged to comply with the following rules while they are on the Website, otherwise the Website management may prevent these people from using the address and may take legal action against them.
1.2.a It is prohibited to share false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, information that contains statements that do not comply with general moral rules and information that is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, as comments (content) on the Site.
1.2.b All rights on the design, functions, working principle, visual and written content of the site belong to ABİYENİAL TEXTILE CLOTHING TRADE LIMITED COMPANY and cannot be copied or used, even partially, without permission from these persons.
1.2.c. Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password information they determined when registering as a member. The relevant Member User is directly responsible for any damage that may occur due to sharing this information with third parties and organizations and making it available to them.
1.2.d Member Users and other Users should not use someone else's IP address, e-mail address, user name and similar personal data during the product purchase process. Otherwise, it may constitute "identity theft" and legal action may be taken against you. Persons who act contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liability.
1.2.e It is prohibited to take actions that will threaten the security of the Site, prevent the functions on the Site from working, use software, and attempt to obtain information on the Site and its interface outside the control of the Site management. Persons who act contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liabilities.
2. Responsibilities
2.1 Site Visitors' information (visit time, time, pages viewed) is monitored in order to make the Site operation efficient and to increase product/service quality. This information is shared with companies we cooperate in digital advertising and marketing in order to improve visitor and user experiences, in accordance with data protection legislation.
2.2 The Member User who creates a membership registration can start using the Site by entering his/her e-mail address and password in accordance with this Agreement, after completing the required sections for registration and confirming his or her e-mail address.
2.3 While using the products and services available on the Site, the User shall be subject to the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws or regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, other relevant legislation and any notifications to be published on www.abiyenial.com. All legal, criminal and financial liabilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notices and legislation belong to the User.
2.4 If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement and the Notifications published on the Site, the User may be prevented from using the Site temporarily or indefinitely and/or the Member User registration may be closed.
2.5 Member Users, other Users and Visitors cannot take any action that prevents or complicates each other's use of the Site, nor can they install automatic programs or lock servers or databases. Cannot attempt to cheat. He/she accepts all legal and criminal liability that may arise if found.
2.6 The User cannot delete or remove any copyright, trademark and other intellectual property related statements from any digital or printed material obtained from the Site.
2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the Member User via the Site. The Membership Registration of the User who terminates his/her membership is terminated.
2.8 In certain areas of the site, different rules and obligations specific to that area may be declared. Persons using these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as specified in provision 2.3 of this Agreement.
2.9 Personal data of Member Users, other Users and Visitors are processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these people are required to read the "clarification text’’ on the website.
2.10. Member Users and other Users are deemed to have accepted that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) they use for their purchases on the Site is correct and that they are responsible for any legal or criminal liability arising therefrom. Member Users consent to the use of the payment information they have recorded in the member transaction area for subsequent purchases.
3. Notification Addresses
3.1 Site Member Users and other Users accept that the e-mail address they provide is the Official correspondence and notification address and that the written address required for subsequent correspondence can be requested and notified through this channel. Any changes to the e-mail address must be notified to the Site management.
3.2 Any notification to be made to the registered e-mail address of the Member User and the other User will be deemed to be received by the relevant User 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by ABYENİAL TEXTILE CLOTHING TRADE LIMITED COMPANY
